35028 on VSOE to Westbury: May28th 2008
28th May was not a good day for photography. Very dull, heavy rain and a blustery wind that blew the exhaust steam of 35028 where it really wasn't wanted! Add to that an AF, (autofocus), button on my D80 camera that I had pressed without knowing, meant that in the dull conditions the camera could only take one photo in each sequence before the AF couldn't re focus because of the headlamps shining brightly through the gloom of the South of England 2008 Monsoon! And as I had the AF on the wrong setting the camera would not take any further photos in each sequence. Not to worry. 35028 looked and sounded superb as always.
