| A very short visit to the Great Central Railway on Ocotber 11th saw a wide varity of locos in operation. Including newly built Peppercorn A1 pacific, 60163 "Tornado", running in grey primer.next

On a day with a very intensive passenger service, 70013, "Oliver Cromwell" was first out on the preserved double track main line.next
Despite the intensive passenger service there was still room form 78019 to run up and down the line on footplate experience work. next
For many the highlight of the day was to see new build Peppercorn A1 pacific 60163, "Tornado" hauling passenger trains durung her running in period on the GCR. next
Amongts the frequent passenger trains and the footplate experience runs, there was still room for 63601 to haul a decent length goods train. next
